These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of digital illustrations (“Illustration“) from Georgie Ripper. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products

All products sold on this website are digital illustrations. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to purchase the Illustration.
No physical items will be shipped. Once access to or delivery of the Illustration has been provided, the sale is considered complete.

Once payment has been completed, you will receive your purchased Illustration(s) to the email address nominated by you when making the payment.

Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase an Illustration, you are purchasing a licence to use the artwork (“Personal Use License“), not ownership of the copyright.

Unless otherwise stated, your Personal Use License includes.

• a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Illustration for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• store the Illustration for personal use
• display the Illustration on personal social media accounts
• print the Illustration for personal use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Illustration
• Claim the illustration as your own work
• Use the illustration in unlawful, offensive, or defamatory content
• Use the Illustration for commercial or business purposes
• Modify, trace, or create derivative works
• Use the Illustration in logos, branding, NFTs, or AI training

Exclusive copyright in the Illustration remains the property of Georgie Ripper at all times and is protected by UK, U.S., and international copyright laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under any license.

Custom Illustrations

Custom Illustrations are offered on the basis that:

• Custom work is non-refundable once work has commenced
• A clear brief must be provided before work begins
• Revisions are limited to one, unless otherwise agreed

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full before access to digital files is granted.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Refunds and Cancellations

You may not terminate this agreement once I have commenced the Illustration. If you have supplied your fairy name and instructions during any cooling off period then you are deemed to have instructed me to start work and you waive any cooling off rights.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the Illustration has been delivered or accessed. Furthermore:

• Refunds are not available once work on an Illustration has been started
• Refunds are not offered for change of mind or accidental purchases

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will assist.

Time shall not be of the essence in delivery of the Illustration.

Each Illustration is delivered digitally, either via download, email, or account access after payment confirmation.
I am not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact details, spam filters, or technical issues beyond my control.

You may not at any time assign your commission to someone else, unless I agree to do so.

Intellectual Property

All illustrations, text, graphics, and content on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
• the Illustration is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or revoke your license if you violate these Terms, without refund.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Georgie Ripper from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Illustration.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Introduce viruses or malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

I may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page will always be the current version.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us. You and I acknowledge that in entering into this agreement neither of us relies on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in this agreement. You and I agree that neither of us has any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in this agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
